Structured project intake

Contact the Greenshine Specification Desk

Send the project geometry, target criteria and required file type. A precise intake helps separate available product documentation from calculations or field inputs that still need confirmation.

Include with your message

  • Dimensioned plan or site coordinates
  • Mounting height and proposed pole positions
  • Target illuminance, uniformity and spill criteria
  • Nightly operating profile and solar autonomy requirement

Photometric guidance is based on submitted inputs. Field survey, structural design, permitting and final authority acceptance remain with the applicable project professionals.

How the desk evaluates an inquiry

The first review checks whether the requested product, optic, output package and controls option are identifiable. A photometric request is matched to its file revision and orientation. For a complete solar system, the desk also looks for nightly operating hours, dimming periods, autonomy days, local irradiation data, shading and expected temperature range. These inputs prevent nominal wattage from being mistaken for an energy-balance calculation.

For application layouts, identify the measurement plane, grid limits and acceptance criteria. Average illuminance without a minimum value or uniformity ratio can conceal dark areas; high luminous efficacy cannot establish glare control or useful distribution. If the site includes property boundaries, residences, ecological restrictions or camera coverage, include those observer positions.

Response documents remain tied to the configuration reviewed. Substitution of a driver, LED module, battery, optic or mounting orientation can change performance and compliance scope. The final submittal should record the selected model, IES or LDT revision, calculation date and unresolved field checks.
